This position provides customer service support, order entry, and order follow-up supporting the outside sales team.
Job duties:
Interface with both clients and vendors via phone and email
Determine client requirements for new and existing projects
Determine vendor ability to meet client requirements
Process client/vendor transactions including information requests, quotes, orders, and follow-up
Assist in maintenance of client-specific ordering website - adding and deleting items as necessary
Manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, client orientated environment
Sales experience is plus
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Computer proficient

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
