Resource Efficiency Manager

Job Descriptions:
Erica Lane Enterprises, Inc. is currently accepting applications for Resource Efficiency Managers for various locations in the US.
This is a Business Development Position and is contingent upon the customer's approval.
The REM should be a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
The REM shall have a thorough understanding of load profile data presentation and manipulation; shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in the actual execution of energy accounting, utility rate analysis, energy audits, and energy project development;
Shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in providing technical resources and management of energy related services;
Shall have working knowledge in various energy estimating software packages such as but not limited to Trane Trace, DOE II, and other simulation software;
Shall have a working knowledge in documenting and monitoring maintenance procedures utilizing software such as MAXIMO;
Shall have working knowledge in the use of BIN, heating degree-days, and other simplified methods of energy calculations; shall be familiar with all Executive Orders, ESPC, DSM, utility privatization, and other legislations and regulations related to Army energy program's;
Shall have a thorough understanding of the D.O.D.'s ESPC program including Measurement and Verification protocols;
Shall be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite for the analysis of energy usage data and the development of presentations of findings and proposals for cost-effective solutions.
Required
Experience:
B.S. Degree in Engineering or 10
years experience in Energy Management.
Specific experience in a D.O.D. Entergy Management Program. With a minimum of 5 years experience.
P.E. or C.E.M certification.
This position requires a CAC card.
