Working Foreman must be skilled craftsman in their trade, and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. A self-starter who must be able to lead a team of approx. 12 field technicians. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License
5 years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Valid driver''s license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
