## Description
The primary function of this position is to sell deficiencies that have been identified through inspections. The second main function is to track all deficiencies in the district.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on deficiency quotes.
Gain commitment from customer over the phone.
Update and maintain inspection/deficiency information in tracking system daily.
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers.
Report progress and metrics to management weekly.
Perform other duties as directed.
## Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years minimum of sales or customer service experience.
Two years minimum of mechanical or electrical field service.
Must obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and local codes.
Must be able to effectively communicate with employees, employers, customers and authorities having jurisdiction in English both written and verbally.
Proficient in use and application of personal computers including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
Self-motivated with dedicated client service focus and strong desire to succeed.
NICET Level II certification preferred but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
