At Regions the Mortgage Paralender collects and reviews documents necessary for the extension of credit and represent Regions and its specific Relationship Manager in the loan closing process. Primary resource for problem solving and customer service for loan products.

This position is with the Construction Permanent Lending Group. Candidate will be responsible for booking, funding and conversion/modification of construction and renovation loans to permanent financing at the end construction. Candidate will also be responsible for monitoring assigned portfolio of construction loans to ensure that all critical documentation for each project is on hand and current.
High School Diploma/GED required. Knowledge/experience with Level III (Commercial Loan System), and AFS Express as well as strong Excel spreadsheet skills. Also required are strong customer service and organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment. Previous paralender experience is strongly desired.
