We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our high performance team in Alabama!
As the Office Manager you will play a critical role in the day to day operations of this hardworking team. This is an exciting career opportunity that includes Office Management, Project Coordination, HR and Finance support. This position is dynamic! We are looking for an individual who wants a multifaceted role and the visibility that comes with being a high-level performer.
Project Coordination
Audit and Review implementation project plans
Support monthly and quarterly billing collection
Report services revenue to corporate finance
Ad hoc reporting (project tracking, revenue review)
Monitor and track staff utilization (billable hours)
Schedule client satisfaction reviews and project milestone reviews
Assist with special projects as assigned
Office Management:
Employee engagement activities.
Human Resources: assisting HR with On-Boarding, Employee Relations Investigations and Departure of Alabama employees
Vendor Management
Building Management Liaison
Supply Management: office and break room supplies (refreshments)
Director of First Impressions/ Reception: manage all phone lines and visiting clients
Administrative Support:
Processing expense reports for Senior/ Executive Level staff
Scheduling of domestic and international travel as needed
Calendar management
Ad hoc reporting
Administrative point of contact with sister offices both domestic and international
Liaison to all departments including legal, finance, sales and HR
3+ years of relevant administrative / project support experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in a SaaS enviornment preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to interface with executives
Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Experience supporting the following functions highly preferred: HR, Finance and Service Operations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
