Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative I is the link between the customer and the Customer Service Center in the delivery of prompt, efficient customer focused service. Demonstrates active, personal, daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness and professionalism to Service Center and facility staff, internal and external customers, and suppliers.Reports to the Director of Customer Service Center and is responsible for providing clerical services to the Leaders and Managers of Service Center areas.Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to scheduling, dispatch, and performance of the Customer Service Center divisions. As a team member of the Customer Service Center, in addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, you are expected to demonstrate the vision of the Hospital. To accomplish the overall Hospital mission, you must exhibit integrity, innovation and a commitment to personal development.

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Associates degree preferred

Experience

One year working with computers and data entry is required as well as ability to type 40 wpm.

Six months to one year of previous related healthcare experience and delegation skills is desired.

Licensures, Certifications, and/or RegistriesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
