Responsibilities
The Web Project Manager is responsible for managing the creative and development process required to implement web solutions; discover and validate business and technical requirements; examine and recommend web content, and functionality to support business needs. The project manager will work closely with business leaders to draft Creative Briefs and Requirement documents, creating project plans with detailed scopes, schedules, and time and cost estimates.

years of experience managing project flow in a creative shop (agency or corporate marketing)

years of experience managing interactive/web projects (website, digital media, SEO/SEM/PPC)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team leadership - accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees
Project expense management - meets cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions when applicable
Project Reporting skills - ability to communicate project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Process improvement - Accepts ownership for finding new and improved solutions; exploring opportunities to add value to Web Team
Knowledge of both commercial/retail business processes and general marketing principles
Web Savvy and keeps abreast of technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
