Responsibilities
The Multichannel Data Analyst is responsible for the compilation and analysis of non-branch channel data for BBVA Compass Executives and Global BBVA Executives. This person will manage monthly process flows necessary to supply and report data from various sources within the organization. Once standard data and reporting have been supplied, this individual will be responsible for analysis and ad hoc data related deliverables which highlight successes and opportunities.
Identifying process improvements and areas of opportunity for further automation and simplification are critical. Analyst will manage project plans, facilitating project team activities and meetings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and communicating progress and results.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage a work-flow schedule necessary to deliver supporting data and monthly reports on time
Collects and analyzes channel data to identify and recommend channel enhancements, practices and procedures which enhance customer service, increase productivity, and reduced cost
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes
Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes
Analyzes data to provide further understanding of channel customer trends, behaviors, preferences, and attributes
May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process driven systems requirements
Qualifications
Proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analyzing data
Experience with data management and analytical tools including SAS and SQL preferred
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
Ability to build strong relationships within the organization
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Strong presentation skills
Strong team facilitation and skills
Prior experience with alternative banking channels and SiteCatalyst software a plus
