ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual for
the Accounting Department. Responsibilities include: accounts
receivable, accounts payable, sales tax and reconciliations. This
position reports directly to the CEO. The work environment is
fast-paced and high-energy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited
college or university
Minimum of two years professional accounting experience or
Masters of Accounting
Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Sales Tax experience a plus
A demonstrated record of stability and responsibility
Proven organizational and general administrative
experience
A detail-oriented and established performer
Excellent communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
