1. Process invoices, check requests and vouchers accurate and within payment terms.
2. Follow-up with vendor calls and other customer related issues in a professional and timely manner (including hospital depts.).
3. Performs various routine clerical duties including filing, photocopying, sorting, and distribution of mail.
4. Accurately set up vendor accounts with current policy awareness.
5. Maintain accurate records and make notes on all unresolved issues (strong communication skills).
6. Attendance reliability and display a positive attitude towards attendance and work related situations.
7. Multi-task capability.
8. Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
9. Has the ability to adapt to new policy changes with a professional attitude.
10. Adheres to Corporate policies
11. Give support to accounting at month end.
High School Graduate or equivalent required.
At least (3) years experience in similar type job duties.
Computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of all office machines (facsimile, computer, copier, telephones, etc.) required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
