Title: Quality Assurance Assistant Manager
Location: West Point, Ga
Salary: $55K-$70K before overtime

Experience:
MUST BE BILINGUAL
4 year technical degree
2-5 years automotive experience, Module assembly experience preferred
Previous automotive tool usage experience preferred ( recreational or professional)
Previous training in problem solving (Root cause, 5Y, etc.)
Experience in automotive field claims/warranty investigation and resolution
Job Description:
Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements - Knowledge of safety equipment in order to know what to wear during certain tasks to prevent safety issues
As a Quality Team Member help prevent OEM down time due to repair or exchange of parts
Understand the OEM assembly process related to MOBIS Georgia modules
Understanding of module function ( Chassis, Cockpit, FEM, Bumper)
Practice 5S in the assigned work area. Keep the work stations, tools and gauges clean and organized
Following all work orders and instruction given by Management
Continuous application of educational material
Must provide written reports to the MOBIS Quality Team as requested by Management
Participate as a part of the Quality Team
Participate (at times lead) in cross functional teams for various issues that impact aspects of the Quality System
Oversee and manage data for KMMG field warranty claims to include creating reports, invoices and accounting documents
Oversee and manage data for KMMG Chargeback claims (downtime, kick-out, rework, etc.) to include creating weekly and monthly reports, invoices and accounting documents
Oversee and manage data for MOBIS inline downtime claims to include creating reports, invoices and accounting documents
Analyze and review data for CKD defect parts claim to include creating reports, register ERP system, and accounting documents
Oversee and manage reports weekly and or monthly for : a) defect analysis report - receiving, processes, OEM PPM, b) CS1000 report c) field warranty claims and subsequent investigations
Oversee and manage the field warranty claims reported to MOBIS Georgia daily from KMMG QA Management - Prepare and report investigation results to MOBIS Georgia and KMMG senior management
Oversee and manage with KMMG QA department the returning of warranty parts to suppliers and request suppliers to report on their defective part analysis; as required
Oversee and manage the investigation of field warranty claims with other departments
