Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Gadsden, Al
Salary: $30-$35/hr before ot
Benefits: Overtime and Double Time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED/PREFERRED):
o B.S. in Industrial or Manufacturing engineering.
o 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of high-volume assembly process engineering experience.
o Competent ability with computer programs (MS programs, AutoCAD)
o Effective problem solving skills
o Ability to lead and complete multiple projects simultaneously and under demanding situations
o Strong degree of self-motivation and self-direction
o Strong communications and documentation skills.
o Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles


JOB
Responsibilities:

o Identify labor content and create labor balance required to meet production demands
o Develop standardized work to support the assembly process
o Develop lean cell layouts, material flow plans and material presentation for the assembly process
o Identify tools and equipment required to support the assembly process
o Perform ergonomic assessments on assembly methods
o Support implementation of the cell, equipment and tooling
o Train production employees for start-up and ramp-up
o Identify initiatives to reduce or contain cost, improve material flow, evaluate capacity and manage continuous improvement.
o Other duties as assigned by manager.



Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
