Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services (BPS) is searching for highly motivated outside Sales Consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates to continue a successful sales career in a Business to Business Sales Environment.
As a BPS Sales Rep, you will devote much of your day to building long-term relationships with our business partners to earn referrals with our business customers in person and by phone.
You will deepen the understanding of our customers payroll needs, provide solutions, close the sale and then gather core information to hand off to the installation team.
BPS Sales Reps are expected to exceed sales goals by networking with other Wells Fargo business units and proactively self-sourcing new payroll sales opportunities.
Part of your networking strategy will include training and educating Store Managers, Business Specialists, Personal and Business Bankers on the benefits of our payroll services.
Develop and deliver formal presentations to prospective new groups of clients and internal bankers, business banking team members and other retail leaders to educate them on product knowledge, BPS process, qualified payroll referrals and how to send them in addition to providing ongoing sales development support.
Effective at every interaction while on store visits, training, coaching, reviewing systems, sharing opportunities and walk out with qualified referrals.
When presenting to customers, asking for the business every time, handling objections successfully and the ability to overcome all responses.
Basic understanding of how small to medium size businesses work and function, how owner responsibilities impacts a potential presentation and the needs assessment for that business.
Quickly identify who will weigh in on decision making for a business and understand potential roles inside a company and how each contributes to the business.
Sales Reps achieving expected targets can make an uncapped amount in monthly incentives beyond the base salary with the potential to earn over 100% of their base pay in annual commission.
Additionally, receive mileage reimbursement to assist in an extensive travel schedule.
Focused on daily, weekly, monthly goals and objectives to meet these targets.
Ability to break activities down to be successful when looking at the YTD targets.
Awareness of your activity and personally accountable to meet and exceed every expectation.
Setting personal goals for each interaction and store visit.
Working with retail leadership when needed to strategize on increasing sales.
Create buy in with retail team members and add value to their team.

To be successful, you must possess the skills necessary to carry out creative marketing plans and achieve aggressive sales goals while adhering to all Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo BPS programs and policies.

Learn quickly and on the job with the ability to utilize resources for additional training/education.
Ability to generate business with partners where needed.

Basic Banking or accounting knowledge 2

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
