Maintenance Supervisor

DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Department in the repair and upkeep of all production, warehouse, and building equipment initiatives. Candidate will be responsible for project management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Maintains standards and policies for quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment.
Coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
Assists with budget and cost control for equipment and machinery.
Tests newly installed machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract specifications.
Diminishes downtime occurrences in the manufacturing process.
Assesses ongoing and/or necessary equipment needs and needs of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a proven track record for results and at least three (3) to five (5) years in a supervisory capacity.
Candidate must possess a strong maintenance background to include experience in manufacturing and a working understanding of AC and DC motor controls.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Engineering (or equivalent discipline) from four-year college or university preferred.
Must have 5-7 years of experience in the areas of production (manufacturing), process design, electrical control and rotating equipment.
Must possess strong management and project management experience; with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must have a high level of computer literacy, strong technical skills, and strong presentation skills.
Must have a strong knowledge in writing project specifications.
Must have the ability to manage and direct maintenance and related production personnel.
Must have the ability to relay and uphold company policies and procedures.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
