Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for management of the Information Technology initiatives of our client. Strategies must comply with CMS IT and Security standards. This responsibility is maintained by direct reporting staff to the incumbent that supports these initiatives as well as acting as a liaison to corporate IT support. The incumbent works closely with management to ensure IT initiatives are completed timely and accurately. The position will also act as a liaison between management and corporate IT representatives in order to ensure business unit requests are completed timely and accurately. Incumbent can also regularly interact with external vendors, CMS IT staff, and other key IT stakeholders that support the infrastructure.
Qualification/Requirement:
Bachelor degree.
Experience in a position requiring application development.
Experience analyzing requests, project feasibility and scheduling.
Experience in a position exercising independent judgment and decision making.
Experience in a position researching and recommending alternatives for Information Technology initiatives.
Experience in a position interpreting and communicating technical information orally and written.
Three years management experience required.
Experience selecting, developing and motivating staff members required.
Experience with PEGA, SAS, and/or web development required.
Experience supporting CMS Minimum Security Requirements or similar standards preferred.
Healthcare and/or Medicare experience preferred. Master's level degree preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
