Area/District Manager - Sales

As a Area/District Manager, you will be held accountable for the daily operations of assigned locations and personnel. The individual in this position will manage the overall operations of the assigned All American stores to ensure that company standards and expectations are consistently met and business functions are executed in a manner that will deliver the desired sales and profit results--while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have managed multiple stores/employees in the past. Coming from the retail/restaurant or customer driven industry is a plus. You will be traveling from branch to branch to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
Area/District Manager KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
o Thorough knowledge of basic math and basic computer skills.
o Must have the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential information.
o Must be sales-driven and strongly customer-oriented
o Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written and present professional image.
o Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, create a motivating environment, and provide a superior level of service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
o Must be able to plan, prioritize, delegate, and follow through to successful completion, all assignments.
o Must be able to work effectively with minimum direction and supervision.
o Maintain compliance with personnel policies/procedures, and maintain adherence to safety and security rules and regulations.
o Due to the nature of our business a successful pre-employment background check is required.
o Must be willing to relocate, if necessary.
o High School Diploma or GED required
Area/District Manager PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to)
o Maximize assigned stores' profitability by increasing sales, building customer base, controlling expenses, and preventing cash losses.
o Support the company's goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service excellence, and work efficiency.
o Evaluate area operation results daily, weekly and monthly to identify opportunities for increased profits and decreased expenses.
o Regularly visit assigned stores in area to assess quality of operation and personnel (may be responsible for up to 8 stores).
o Demonstrate standards and model behavior in the areas of sales, collections, customer service, productivity, and efficacy.
o Participate in the on-going hiring, training, development, and motivation of staff within designated area.
o Lead by example by regularly working in a customer service representative capacity and interacting with the customer.
o Create and maintain a clean and safe work environment in all assigned stores, and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
Area/District Manager ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage P&L, payroll and other budgeted items; continuously identify ways to control costs.
o Communicate image consistent with the company policy to all members of assigned area.
o Provide guidance in all aspects of operations.
o Recognize and develop skills/abilities of employees in order to meet center and company objectives.
o Understand new and current products in order to assist with the company's marketing and sales initiatives.
o Lead assigned employees by assisting in collections of Past Due, Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), Charge Offs and field calls.
o Any other responsibilities as directed by management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
