Key Duties, Charge Nurse, 1 K Specialty Clinic:
This Registered Nurse position is the Charge Nurse for the 1K Specialty Clinic.
The candidate assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients utilizing services provided in the 1K specialty clinics.
He/she performs direct patient care and provides direction in clinic operations.
Duties and responsibilities include day to day oversight of patient flow, assisting with staff development, serving as a resource for interdisciplinary team, and using collaborative approaches to ensure safety and quality patient care.
The Charge Nurse must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated dependability, be self-directed, and flexible in assignments and time scheduling.
The Charge Nurse is responsible to the Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Surgery (ASF) /Specialty Clinics.

30a- 4p with rotation to 8:
30a to 5p .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
