LOOKING FOR A SALES LEADER that can also be a TERRITORY MANAGER in the Birmingham area.
We started Dynasty Financial Group in Houston in 2002. There were five of us when we started - and now we're in 19 states and still expanding rapidly. We write over 40% of our carrier's annual business around the country. That's huge and makes Dynasty a really exciting place to be!!!
OPPORTUNITY:
One of our strongest sales leaders is ready to train and mentor new agents in Birmingham and surrounding areas. The perfect candidate is outgoing, has a past track record of success, an entrepreneur type mentality, a positive outlook on life, and wants to get paid what they're worth.
We're also looking for those who can move into a sales leadership position with extra compensation. It will definitely help if you have direct sales experience, but it's not necessary. First year average compensation: $60,000 PLUS ongoing residual income based on your production.
