You must be passionate, innovative and understand how to inspire others because you will be the leader our people will turn to for direction. A few of your primary focuses will be the constant coaching and developing of your team and managing the restaurants P&L. Being involved with our communities is another topper on our checklist. We give our managers free reign to venture out and get involved in community charity events, fundraisers and random acts of kindness. We foster a tradition of innovation and ownership especially with our managers. We want you to be imaginative, operate your own restaurant, and take the reins so we are able to grow to new levels together!

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3
years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service or Upscale Casual environment
High volume management background (over $3 million in sales annually)
A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Natural leadership skills
Must be hands on in own development
Enjoys community involvement
Complete understanding of restaurant operations
