Used Vehicle Internet/BDC Associate
Our pre-owned vehicle department is experiencing record growth and we're looking to add a Business Development professional on board to assist our used car sales team to co-ordinate appointments, showings, and sales.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive demeanor
Telephone etiquette
A drive for success
Thorough follow-up skills
Be customer service oriented
Day-to-day tasks of this position include:
Data entry
Responding to customer inquiries originating from Internet and inbound phone calls
Sending timely and professional email responses
Outbound calling to previous customers
Maintaining database to company standards
Work with managers and sales people to coordinate sales appointments
Maintain familiarity with inventory
Meet monthly sales quotas
