The candidate will work as part of the national labor, employment and benefits practice.
Should have a strong working knowledge of ERISA and related fiduciary rules, knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and its impact on qualified retirement plans, and experience in the areas of executive compensation planning, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and fringe/welfare plans.
Large and small portable books of business will be considered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
