Entry Level Recruiter

Formel D USA, Inc. is aggressively seeking a talented Entry Level Recruiter for our Birmingham, AL office.
As a Recruiter, you will work within a team environment reporting to a Technical Director/Administration Manager and be responsible for identifying and qualifying candidates for assigned local, national or international projects. This is a salaried position.

Summary of essential job functions:
Assist with building a pipeline of candidates by developing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, references checks, orientation and on-boarding of new employees.
Creatively source resumes from internal database, internet job boards, employee referrals, social networking, and networking events.
Experience and education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or University
English language proficiency required.
Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
