About The Job:
As the Outside Sales Rep for Swift Staffing, you are the 'Life's Blood' to your office. Without sales, we are dead in the water. We need you to keep us alive and we are willing to reward you accordingly.
- You will be responsible for business development.
- You will create partnerships with key executives.
- You will give 'killer' sales presentations because we beat our competitors in every category.
- You will intensely penetrate your market.
- You will use your unique skill set to promote our services.
- You will negotiate the contract with the client.
- You will make sales quotas.
- You will bring in new business and be rewarded nicely for it.
What Does Your Typical Day Look Like?
- There is no typical day!
- You will contact 150 - 200 people per week by phone, email or in person.
- You will Not punch a time clock!
- You will Not be micromanaged! We trust you to go out there and MAKE IT HAPPEN!

-1 to 3 YRS Sales Experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
