Job Description
The following is a list of some of what you can expect to do on a day-to-day basis:
Actively source and advertise for qualified candidates to fill open positions available at companies we work with.
Utilize our applicant tracking system to monitor your candidates and perform day-to-day tasks (training is provided upon starting).
Become knowledgeable on companies that we work with so that you are able to accurately and efficiently describe positions to interested candidates.
Be able to efficiently pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet minimum eligibility requirements set fourth by companies.
Gauge people's interest in positions and ensure that we are finding candidate's their 'first choice job'.
Follow-up with candidates you work with the relay updates on their hiring status, get questions answered, etc.
Communicate day-to-day with our in-house staff regarding your candidates and any other situations.
Utilize technology on a daily basis to work more efficiently and quickly.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
