Such individuals will be trained to implement behavior based programs written by a Behavior Specialist. Each program is specific to the child it is designed for. Together we change the lives of a child!

Hours are flexible- Part Time and Full Time Available
Hourly Rate of Pay $9-12

Requirements
Desire to learn about ABA therapy and serving children with special needs.
Reliable Transportation with Valid Drivers License and Valid Insurance
All Candidates are required to complete a Security Background Check and TB test prior to working with us
Able to obtain a current/valid CPR and First Aid Certificate
Willing to commute from location to location to serve children across both Shelby and Jefferson Counties

We Understand that ABA therapy is newer concept for many people in our area. We are interested in training individuals who have a desire to learn. Together we can get the word out about what ABA therapy is and what it is not. Together we can show Alabama what the research has been saying for years- ABA therapy is one of the best, scientific based therapies for Autism and other Special Needs.
Background/ Experience
Experience implementing ABA therapy programs is a PLUS but not necessary- Training will be provided.
Experience working with children
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or other special need- is a PLUS but not necessary.
Experience in learning about Applied Behavior Analytic Therapy is Awesome- but not necessary.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
