Fork Lift Operator
One of our partners in the Homewood, Alabama area is seeking a hardworking and energetic individual to help their company during the high-production season.
The right candidate will have the ability to successfully:
Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, and/or fork lifts.
Sort items before loading and unloading.
Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
Stack cargo in locations such as transit sheds or in holds of ships as directed, using pallets or cargo boards.
Requirements:
Must have fork lift experience and the capability to operate a fork lift safely.
Must be able to follow written or verbal directions in order to achieve desired production results
Must be willing and able to successfully work in a fast-paced enviornmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
