$75 - 85K BASE
BONUS, FULL BENEFITS & COMPANY VEHICLE
Use your operations and field experience to manage this office and build a successful team, including profit & loss, budgets, safety, maintenance and business development. The ideal candidate will have worked his or her way up from the field to management and operations, with a hands-on management style and strong leadership skills. Experience in Pipeline, Underground Construction, Utilities, Refineries and/or Heavy Equipment Rentals/Sales is preferred.
Requirements Include:
o 7
years management and business experience in preferred industries
o Excellent communication and leadership skills
o Market development - contacts in preferred industries
o Top Customer Service/Satisfaction attitude
o Strong knowledge of construction operations, hiring and mentoring drivers
o Strong entrepreneurial attitude and problem solving skills
COMPANY TRUCK, 401K, BENEFITS AND BONUS PLANEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
