Day in the Life
On any given day you will have the opportunity to learn a great deal about a growing organization. Perhaps you will be asked to pick up coffee and plan an event one day. Another day, you may be asked to reconcile the weekly accounts and report any exceptions to the CFO. You may also have a day where you are working with team leads to build a report for a board meeting or a team presentation. It's one of the most versatile roles in the company.

Job Responsibilities
Manage bank reconciliations, customer credit card payments, customer refunds and exception handling.
Assist the accounting department with accounts payable (invoicing, payments, credits) and communicate accurate and timely information to our vendors.
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Assist with preparation of sales, marketing and operation team reports.
Maintain an efficient process for procuring office supplies and services.
Handle all office and administrative needs.
Accounting, bookkeeping or finance experience
Effective communication skills
General construction/home restoration knowledge (preferred)
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university (preferred)

Year 1 Salary:
Based on experience.
Year 2+ - Yearly evaluations based upon performance. The position could evolve into a full- charge accountant, financial analyst or executive assistant, depending on the candidate.

PTO - During first two years of employment, 7 personal days are available the first year. This increases to 10 days year two.

Weekly Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 8:
00am - 5:
00pm, Friday 8:
00am - 4:
Weekly training sessions will extend to 5:
30pm 1-2 times per week.
4-6 weeks of training on our systems, processes and procedures.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
