Position DescriptionThe Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring work and sales activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc. in order to inform management of current status or sales activities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing campaigns to meet sales goals.Managing the sales reps within the designated territoryAnalyzing sales statistics to formulate policy, develop sales forecasts and provide guidance to sales staff on promoting sales.Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates.Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements3
years sales experience with demonstrated leadership skills.Additional Knowledge & SkillsSolid knowledge of company's products and services,Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.Must be willing to travel throughout territoryAbility to mentor and coach sales repsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Proven leadership skillsEducation4- year degrees in business, related field or equivalent experience or specialized sales trainingPhysical RequirementsMust be willing to travel throughout territory; some overnight travel is required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
