Telemarketer Needed - Cold Calling - up to 30% Commission
Hi there we are looking for a part time to full time telemarketer for Roister Concept.
We're a company that believes in rewarding its employees, providing flexible work hours, and gratifying their

We are currently looking for someone with experience(s) in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or a strong technical background. All work and communications will be conducted in your home office. You will be considered for the position based on your resume, over the phone interview, and any references you may provide.
All pay will be through commission only. Up to 30% per sale depending on your experience. No hourly pay.
All of our services are either paid electronically through Paypal, Stripe, or check by mail. You will receive all commissioned sales through similar methods, only once the sales has officially been paid will you receive your commissioned percentage. Sales average between $800 - $3000
Here is a scenario workflow we've had in the past:
30 calls a hour x 8 hours = 240 Calls
240 calls x 1% conversion = 2.4 sales
2.4 sales x $1500 sales = $3600
$3600 x 20% commission = $720 take home in 8 hours
Job Duties:
Make Sales Calls to small business owners & mid size business owners
Manage leads (prospects)
Use a script (altered for the better if needed)
Create initial sales appointments over the phone
Follow up on hot leads
Close sales through phone or e-mail
Ability to convert at least 2% - 5% of calls into final sales
No face to face meetings will occur ever
Recommendation of 30-60 calls per hour

Basic understanding of SEO, website design, graphic design, social media marketing, email marketing, etc
