General Operations Manager

Our whole business is focused on keeping computers, data and documents secure in transit and through a global fulfillment company, with a head office in London, UK.
Looking for new employees for a position of Service assistant to work in multichannel warehouse.
The purpose of the role is to take strategic and operational responsibility for the Returns department.
Key Responsibilities:
o To ensure all returns processes are managed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
o Manage daily and weekly performance targets.
o Ensure all operational staff provide outstanding customer service levels at all times.
o Communicate effectively with all relevant internal & external departments, such as Warehouse Management, Supervisors and Couriers.
o Responding to inquiries from Company's support team
Skills and Experience
o Task orientated - able to prioritize effectively. Self-starter and results driven
o Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
o Flexibility in working environment
o IT Literate - Proven & demonstrative knowledge in MS Office (notably Excel).
o Maintaining incoming correspondence

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
