Med Sales Representative - Cardiovascular

We are seeking enthusiastic, high caliber Cardiovascular Sales Representatives. The Sales Rep calls on physicians, medical laboratories, distributors, and hospitals to sell a variety of medical devices in an assigned territory. May conduct marketing surveys, effectiveness reviews of calls/sales activities, and territory analysis. Services accounts, suggests and presents new products, and takes orders. As appropriate, the Sales Rep assists marketing personnel on advertising and promotional sales strategies.

The Cardiovascular Sales Rep will contact, visit, and interest clients and potential clients in the company's products and will also address any client questions and/or concerns. They will also provide medical professionals with information and training on the use of company products and with staff education, in-services and technical troubleshooting. They will insure that all pertinent patient information (Patient Registration Form) is completed and forwarded to patient tracking when required. They will also be responsible for the management of physical inventory located within assigned territory. They will collect and study information about new and existing products and monitor competitor sales, prices and products.
What is Expected from You:
Ability to obtain industry credentials/certifications before consideration
Strong technical aptitude; the ability to understand, communicate and train others in use of complex medical software algorithms as it pertains to device therapy and diverse disease states.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the medical community including patients.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment where urgency dictates work schedule.
Ability to take rotational 24/7 call with a sales team involving holidays, weekends.
Ability to work independently where daily schedule varies by hours worked and tasks managed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
