Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, skill requirements, and travel requirements):
+ Function as a Leader in performing work safely and promoting safety conscious behavior of plant employees ensuring a safe working environment is maintained.
+ Ensure employees observe safe work practices and perform work assignments within MSHA and Company established safety guidelines
+ Assist in maximizing equipment reliability at minimum maintenance cost.
+ Ensure systematic review, analysis and reporting of collected vibration/inspection data
+ Maintain failure reporting and corrective action systems
+ Document and monitor critical equipment history files and coordinate condition predictors.
+ Perform follow-up analysis on critical equipment issues especially during execution and startup of equipment.
+ Maintain an in-depth knowledge on the condition of all plant equipment on a continuous basis.
+ Prepare reports with the use of trends to explain preliminary analysis of equipment issues and then the results from actions taken.
+ Perform balancing and alignment as required.
+ Perform Non Destructive Testing (NDT) as required.
+ Coordinate re-lubrication derived of the vibration analysis, support in lubrication and perform lubrication analysis as required.
+ Initiate and lead root cause analysis to identify and eliminate the cause of the failures.
+ Provide technical support for plant activities and Maintenance functions.
+ Supervising, training and developing reliability maintenance technicians to achieve departmental goals and in a manner that creates employee ownership.
+ Creating requisitions, PM orders, and other associated SAP transactions to obtain required contractor services, equipment and supplies
+ Knowledge of Vibration analysis (Certifications preferred), Metallurgical failure analysis, NDT methods, lubrication methods, and lubricant analysis (Certifications preferred) preferred.
+ Strong and effective communications skills with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members
+ Working knowledge in SAP PM (notification, work order, requisition, and time entry) is desired.
Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred:
+ Supervisory experience desired
+ Understanding of equipment operation in a cement industry
+ 5 years of experience in cement industrial manufacturing environment preferred
+ Experience in project management preferred
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Educational Criteria
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
