Job Description
Job Summary:
The RN-Team Lead CVOR delivers professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures.
Responsibilities:
+ Performs scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
+ Performs circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
+ Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
+ Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.
Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
+ Required Credential(s):
+ BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
+ Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Diploma

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
