Licensed Practical Nurse--Orthopedics--UAB Highlands

Under direction of a RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner and accordance with UAHSF established policies and procedures, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in a clinical area for a specific age patient population. Practices within the scope of LPN licensure.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing school and a current Alabama LPN license. One-year experience as an LPN in a clinical area required. Current adult/child CPR certification is required.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Current adult/child CPR certification and a current Alabama LPN license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
