Outreach Phlebotomist - Gadsden

Reviews requisitions, draws blood specimens via phlebotomy, labels and delivers containers to laboratory for chemical and biological analysis according to established department policies and procedures. Performs selected laboratory tests, other support tasks, and computer functions as required.
+ High school education or equivalent with basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple math. Phlebotomy training or experience required.
All applicants are required to submit an official high school transcript or GED certificate verifying their level of education at the time of their interview. This transcript must be in a sealed envelope from the school or agency.
+ 6 months to 1 year phlebotomy experience (or formal phlebotomy training) required.
+ ASCP or ASPT phlebotomy certification preferred.
+ Basic Life Support (BLS)- American Heart Association Only

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
