Director of Sales


Seeking an experienced Sales leader who has worked in food, beverage or consumer goods.
Director of Sales is responsible for selling Milo s products by developing and implementing national sales plans and supervising regional sales managers. Ensures the company sales plan is achieved or exceeded by developing business with existing customers and pioneering new customers in all channels.
Assists Management with business and strategic growth planning; determines annual unit
and gross-profit plans by initiating and implementing strategies, analyzing trends and results;
collaborates with other departments including Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and
Accounting; initiates and delivers reports and presentations to Milo s Management team.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
and territories; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
analyzes sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and
demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors; establishes and adjusts
selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand; manages Sales
Department annual budget.
Implements national sales programs by developing and managing field sales action plans.
Works closely with designated Customer accounts. Leads Sales Department in maintaining
and expanding customer relations. Delivers presentations to current and prospective
accounts, coordinating with Sales Managers as needed.
Responsible for national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees. Closely manages Sales Team performance by planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results and by coaching and counseling employees. Directly supervises Regional
Sales Managers.
Requirements
BA in Marketing or related field (MBA or higher degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of
related experience. Consumer packaged goods industry experience required, with food or
beverage preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
