Senior Director of Member Experience

We are searching for a Senior Director of Member Experience!
Our concierge-class service is famously genuine, professional, and crisp. It's comprised of great people backed by streamlined processes and clever automation. Your job is to scale the operation 10X, with zero reduction in quality. That does not mean 10X the staff. It means 10X the volume of business, supported by as few staff and as much process and automation as we -- you -- can use.
Ideally, you
Love people and are fanatical about customers.
You're passionate about the prospect of joining a rapidly growing startup company and can take our customer service team to the next level.
You embrace technology.
Analytical skills are in your nature.
You have experience running a 24/7 call center supporting a variety of clients.
Have been a part of scaling an operation significantly.
Qualifications:
10+ years in customer service (including 5+ in management).
You have proven ingenuity devising light-touch processes and standards.
Having a background in the food and grocery industry is a strong plus!
Compensation -- cash plus stock options -- will be commensurate with your experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
