Job Description
Job Summary:
Provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Conducts pre-procedural assessments by means of reviewing available medical records, examination, interview and observation.
+ Develops and implements patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
+ Carries out physician and nursing orders, including assisting with performing procedures as appropriate.
+ Maintains and troubleshoots all endoscopes and related equipment.
Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
+ Required Credential(s):
+ BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
+ Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
+ Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
Work Experience:
+ No experience required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
