Executive Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain

Complete a broad variety of high level administrative tasks including: managing calendars; completing expense reports; preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; and making adjustments to plans.
Work closely with the Sr. VP of Operations to keep him/her informed of commitments and responsibilities and assist him/her with project management.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational metrics and results.
Conduct research and compile data to produce presentations for various departmental and-board meetings.
Develop and carry out an effective documentation and filing system in accordance with Document Retention Policy.
Create, maintain and update department documentation, processes and procedures and assist with daily correspondence as needed.
Ensure vendor insurance certificates are current and meet Milo?s insurance requirements. Assist with maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.
Coordinate and prepare for team meetings, including reservation of conference room, preparation of meeting minutes and agendas.
Distribute Carrier and Vendor Scorecards on a monthly basis and assist with the compilation of data pertaining to Milo?s Sustainability Scorecard.
Gather and analyze supply chain data.
Remain current on technical and professional skills by participating in training, reviewing professional periodicals and maintaining membership in a related professional organization.
All applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. degree or a minimum of eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and a working knowledge of Cloud Technology and Social media web platforms. d8078d8657534ae793a838d5bc1b7095

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
