Job Description



Job Summary:


The Dir-Practice Transformation leads physician revenue cycle and clinic operational performance within a local health ministry.


?


Responsibilities:



  • Leads and enables the local ministry to achieve revenue cycle metrics and quality performance. Identifies barriers and facilitates resolutions.

  • Partners with physician practice management in the development and implementation of workflows, policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • Communicates with Ascension Physician Services staff, other Health Ministry Physician Practice Liaisons, and the national revenue serice center managers to facilitate performance outcomes throughout the national network.

  • Supervises staff within the local ministry and who support the national revenue service center operations.

  • Core accountability is to ensure that the ministry achieves revenue cycle and clinical workflow quality performance.? Identifies barriers and facilitates? resolutions.? Accountable for all revenue cycle and quality metric achievement.

  • Under the direction of ministry Dyads, works with operational managers to develop work plans to achieve AMG/ministry metrics.

  • Serves as point of contact with AMB (Ascension Medical Group) staff, other Directors of Practice Transformation and NRSC CBO managers to facilitate greater performance throughout the national network.? Ensures compliance with AMG standards.? Participates in AMG national meetings as needed.

  • Serves as facilitator and point of escalation to Athena on needed issue resolutions.

  • Participates in monthly or routine local operations Operation's team meetings.

  • Ensures that major audit controls are in place and functioning.

  • Maintains current proficiency in all Athena and related applications.


Qualifications

Education:



  • Master's degree preferred and Minimum qualifications:? 15 years of experience working in physician healthcare operations, revenue cycle or clinical operations and/or Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in physician healthcare operations.? Minimum qualification:? Prior management experience.? Prefer prior management experience in a clinical operations setting.? Preferred qualification includes experience in revenue cycle performance analysis and improvement. Demonstrated record of customer service and satisfaction.? Ability to communicated/educate effectively in front of an audience or class.? Associates hired into this position are required to successfully complete all specified athenaNet e-learning modules.? Within 12 months, associates in this position must satisfactorily complete the Athena Ascension Certification course and all other assigned requirements of the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
