Job Description



Job Summary:


The Therapist - Physical evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.


?


Responsibilities:



  • Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.

  • Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.

  • Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

  • Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.


Qualifications

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:



  • Required Credential(s):

    • ?Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire



    • Current licensure from the Alabama Board of Physical Therapy is required within 30 days of hire.




Education:



  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required PHD required for new graduates by hire date and Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy by hire date

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
