What will you be doing?
Duties will consist of receiving inquiries, research requests, issues, escalations, and FAQs from BBVA Compass bankwide business partners. Once received employee will provide responses to requests, research, and provide problem resolution for issues that are submitted.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
Position requires excellent communication and writing skills experience in customer service
Ability to interact and support business partners in all levels and work in a high paced environment to ensure established response time SLAs are met.
Ability to work in a team environment that collaborates with various departments within and outside of Engineering Operations.
Three to five years experience in Operations preferred.
