Mortgage Loan Processing Manager at Trustmark National Bank Birmingham, AL 35244
The purpose of this job is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mortgage Loan Processing Department.
Directly manage processing function monitoring file status to ensure timely and correct processingTrain processors on new products, procedures, investor guidelines, etc.
Process and Close Assumptions and CP Modifications Track service performance and goals of processors by working closely with Sales Manager and Originators to ensure quality service.
Problem resolution on files in process with Originators, Realtors, Underwriters and clientsDevelop and enhance Processing Departments processes and procedures to ensure efficiencyKnowledge of mortgage lending, including loan processing and originatingThorough understanding of employee coaching techniquesExceptional organizational skills and ability to efficiently handle workflowsAbility to communicate with clients and people at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage, train and motivate team membersStrong customer service skillsJunior college/two year college training or related work experience5 years of mortgage processing experience requiredSupervisory experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
