Roles and Responsibilities o Responsible for general collections work on a large number of accounts by making calls, sending emails, receiving payments and posting payments, in addition to providing great customer service to our internal and external customers while resolving complex situationso Researching residuals on customer accounts, communicating effectively with other departments within UNITED, as well as customers to resolve invoice discrepancies, perform write offs when applicable and manage the Coke One North America (CONA) adjustments process for the applicable territorieso Build aging spreadsheets in preparation of monthly calls with sales teams for the applicable territories and notating the appropriate accounts; manage customers through external portal use; issue refunds via the mail check processRequirements o Minimum of 18 years oldo Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policieso Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobo Ability to read, write and speak Englisho Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelineso Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assetso Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyo Ability to demonstrate independence, analytical skills, and strategic thinkingo Effective communication skillso Bachelor's degree (B.
