Roles and Responsibilities o Manage new construction, renovation, system upgrades and repair project to ensure accurate on time completion in the most cost-effective mannero Support local teams in assessing needs to include facility repairs and maintenance o Assist local management in arrange for annual service contracts at each facility for the following:
HVAC, Roofing, Janitorial Services, Landscaping, Security, Alarm, etc.
o Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the facilitieso Support with annual capital budget development and long-term capital planning strategy to include operations of facility maintenance programs and projectso Educate associates on the safe and proper use, care and maintenance of facilities and facility equipmento Builds positive associate moraleo Address complaints and resolve problemsRequirements o Minimum age 18 years oldo Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyo Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policieso Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobo Ability to read, write and speak Englisho Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelineso Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assetso Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyo Bachelor's degree (B.
