Purpose of Job Develop sales strategies and solicit corporate clients through marketing all aspects of company relocation management services and develop and implement programs and services to enhance penetration into accounts.
May include sales presentations to local, regional and national clients.
Responsibilities Research, prospect and create additional business development opportunities, throughout RealtySouth's Relocation Services coverage area, including Birmingham, Huntsville and surrounding markets.
Present by phone, email, zoom and in-person to assess needs and offer applicable solutions (corporate relocation assistance, destination services, affinity programs and RealtySouth HEROES).
Successfully incubate and follow-up with prospective opportunities long-term to create trusted client partnerships.
Attend and participate in networking events.
Work in partnership with Relocation Services head to ensure delivery of excellent service, reporting and review to client partners.
Assist with account oversight.
Introduce new programs when appropriate to increase account penetration and retention.
Create and utilize in-house marketing department for business development collateral.
Perform administrative activities to include CRM entry, data base maintenance, correspondence, marketing and reporting.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience in a sales oriented role.
Three or more years marketing, sales and customer service experience with one year or more in relocation or real estate preferred.
Experience working with corporate clients and third party companies.
Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Ability to present professionally by phone, email, zoom and in-person.
A strong customer service focus.
Analytical and problem-solving, good decision making skills.
Project management; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experienced in CRM managementOther (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
