We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to take our digital marketing to the next level as we experience rapid growth and an expanding market opportunity.
You will own digital efforts from end to end and be responsible for executing rigorous testing, measurement, and optimization across all digital channels.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of experts across social media, content marketing, and performance marketing / PPC / SEO
  • Oversee digital advertising activities (PPC, retargeting, etc.
    ) while developing and executing a rigorous and ongoing test-and-learn effort
  • Develop a robust SEO strategy, manage day-to-day execution, and continuously optimize over time to maximize results
  • Initiate app store optimization (APO) efforts to drive users to the Moultrie Mobile app
  • Design and create a robust measurement and reporting infrastructure for all digital marketing activities
  • Build and direct social media strategy and create, implement, and evaluate data-driven social media campaigns
  • Oversee efforts to create and cultivate relationships with pro staff, affiliate marketers, and social influencers to achieve desired results
  • Design merchandising experiences across all online marketplaces, both owned (moultriemobile.
    com) and retail ecommerce product listings and landing pages, to drive sales
  • Coordinate with Director of Lifecycle Marketing on email campaigns and the building of landing pages to drive sales, email list signups, loyalty program enrollment, and other key initiatives
  • Develop and implement promotional and content calendars that synergize with advertising, content, and seasonal sales calendars
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Identify the appropriate marketing technology stack to support business strategies and objectives long term
  • Manage internal resources and outside agencies/vendors as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience with a measurable impact
  • Effective at designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, measuring and reporting on digital marketing s impact on the business, and proposing improved ways of operating based on the data
  • Demonstrated execution-level expertise and experience in all digital channels including websites, mobile, social media, content management systems, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
  • Results-driven personality with a high level of enthusiasm, energy and confidence paired with humility and a desire to learn
  • Action-oriented and energetic problem-solver
  • Critical and analytical thinker, proactive in proposing tests, ideas, solutions, optimization tactics, and channel strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills/Qualities:

  • Experience leading website design and development efforts, including integration of digital assets
  • Familiarity and proficiency with managing agency relationships
  • Outdoors enthusiast
