Duties:  Police Department:  Data Entry Clerk 1983-1984.  To accurately enter into Computer, All incident reports complied and turned in by Officers.  Finger- Print persons for Background Checks.  File Incident Reports.  Sell to public; incident / accident report.   E-911 Operator 1984 – 1995.  To accurately answer various calls for emergency services, in a timely matter.   Provide such services for request to either Police, Fire, at the request of the citizens.  Enter information into computer and re-route information to Set dispatcher to be assigned to appropriate Officer.   Public Safety Dispatcher 1995 – 2004.  To Dispatch Calls obtained when accurately answering various calls for emergency services and in a timely matter, dispatch request for said emergencies to appropriate Fire Stations.



  • Jefferson County Health Department – 1400 6th Avenue South, Birmingham, Alabama.  January 1980 – May 1983.  Reason for Leaving:  Promotion. 


Duties:  Medical Records Clerk:  To interview patients and compile information pertinent to their request for medical services.  Create a Chart.  Obtain payments for services rendered.  Update Charts, File.   Post Lab work.  Answer incoming calls for services, appointments.  Route and Re-route calls to Doctors and Nurses.
